& Thursday Evening Group Road Rides:
These
road rides can help you get into better shape over the riding season,
prepare for your favorite charity event or just have fun riding with the
group. Join us and ride the beaches and country roads of Milford, West
Haven, and Orange. Ride length: 45 min. to 1.5 hrs. Ride Leaders: Bill & Steve
"A" Ride:
These
advanced road rides will be Up-Tempo. Come and Crank along the beaches and
Charge up the hills as we travel through Milford, West Haven, and Orange. Ride
Speed: 16 ~ 18 mph adv.
Ride length: 1 to 1.5 hrs.
Ride Leader: Steve

Evening Rides Arrive at 6:15 p.m. Clip-in at 6:30 p.m.
Please remember to bring & wear your Helmet
Evening rides are now with lights. Don't forget your lights!
Saturday
Morning Group Road Rides
Saturday mornings Time: 7:15 for a 7:30 clip-in.
Starting: May 2009...
Meet: Tony's Bikes & Sports
Distance: 20 to 35 Miles.
Ride Time: 1.5 to 2 hours.
Speed: 14.5 to 16.5 mph/avg.
We will try to ride every Saturday through April with these guidelines: No precipitation expected before 10 a.m. Dry/drying roads, 30 deg min at clip-in, wind at 15 mph max..

Sunday Pick-Up Rides
"The Sunday Pick-Up Ride" will meet at Tony's Bikes & Sports at 3:45 with a 4:00p.m. clip-in.
Starting: 05/01/09
Meet: Tony's Bikes & Sports
NEW Time: 3:45 for a 4:00 p.m. clip-in.
Distance: 20 to 35 mi
Ride Time: 1.5 to 2.0 hrs
We will try to ride every Sunday through the riding season with these guidelines: Damp/Drying roads, temp over 35 deg, Wind under 20 mph.
